Caleb's big day

Caleb (our oldest) was able to take a big step and be baptised... he lucked out and was able to have his special day on his 8th birthday (Sunday, the 23rd). It was fantastic and he was SO happy. We were happy to have his Grandpa Wilson attend (he gave the talk on the Holy Ghost) and his Aunt Sara fly all the way from Boise so she could be there. It was a fantastic weekend. We were also lucky to have our awesome buddies Jessie and Tony drive up from Texas and COMPLETELY surprise us by showing up the night before the baptism. It was so cool. They were coming for Thanksgiving anyhow, but took off a few days early to make it here for Caleb. (They had, in fact, told us that they wished they could, but would not be able to be there - that's what the whole "COMPLETELY" was about.) All in all it was a great time for all. We are so blessed to have a son as wonderful as Caleb... I just can't believe that we are old enough to have an 8 year old! :)
Here are a few pics from the big day.

WAAAAAAAA! Crazy, you have yourself a full-on fam-damily! That's awesome. That pic of your dad playing baseball with your little guy is pretty sweet, I like how wide it is. So good to hear from you, I had a little Heidelberg reunion at Anna's wedding and thought of you and your brothers. The "drugmart" story is pretty funny too. It's good to know you're doing well and I look forward to keeping up with you guys.

Hey Jen,
It's been a long time! I can't believe Caleb is old enough to get baptised. Wow! I saw your kids' picture in the Friend a long time ago and was going to try to hunt you down. Then, I saw you on facebook and decided to hunt you down on blogspot. :) I hit the jackpot - I found a ton of people. Anyway, your family is adorable!

yayy!! ive been meaning to ask you what your blog was because ive been missing seeing my dormans on a regular basis. you know what this means..ill be bugging you to post more and more pictures. so yes, the stuff in the pictures were my idea..but havent you seen those collages that say "LOVE" and "HOPE" and cheesy stuff like that with that kind of idea? i stole it from that. but now im hating looking at it in our room..it gets uglier to me every day. especially the horseshoe D.. it doesnt really flow with the other pictures. but dont look at it too close now! and your big belly D would be sooo cute! haha, love it. well i have to go. there are some pictures on your blog that need lookin at ;)
